Costa Blanca - Spain

Just a little over thirty kilometres from the crowded coastal resorts of the Costa Blanca, lies a collection of small Moorish villages centred around Orba, one of which, Benimaurell, will be our base for this fabulous walking holiday. 

The area will be awash with spring flowers, the temperature will be just right for walking, and the coastal resorts, which we will visit to do some excellent walking, will not be heaving with people.

The local walking is mainly on good trails with some rough and stony tracks through this mountainous area. Much of it is on Mozarabic Trails which have an element of history and mystique about them which will all be explained as we walk!!.

The coastal walking is somewhat more relaxed and will probably take in the the cliff top and Mountains walk in Javea followed by an optional sea dip and Tapas lunch. An extra coastal walk at Calpe, taking in the famous Pen de Ifach sea mountain, can be arranged at a small extra cost.
